Emails going to spam or not arriving at all?
Waiting to hear from us, but not receiving our emails? Here is some information about how to troubleshoot it.
AltSchool Africa communicates with you almost entirely through email. It is important that we can reach you during the application and program processes. If you aren't receiving your emails, we need to fix that.
- What happens if you don't receive your emails?
If we are unable to contact you via email, your application may be delayed, you will not receive the necessary updates when your peers receive theirs, and you may feel left out. This, of course, can be extremely frustrating for both you and any partners you're working with.
- What you can do to ensure you receive emails?
To avoid emails ending up in your Spam or Junk folder, we recommend adding the following email addresses to your Safe Senders list in your email inbox.
If that doesn't work, we recommend contacting any additional spam filters and firewalls you're using (such as McAfee) and asking them to allow emails from these email addresses as well.
